Effects of Hypertension and Blood Cholesterols on Regular Aerobic Exercise in Obese Middle Aged Man

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study was to effect of a 8-weeks regular aeorbic exercise on body composition, TG, LDLC, HDL-C, TC. The subjects participated for this study were thirty obese man. The exercise was performed at the level of 60% HRmax every day for 12 weeks. The results obtained were summarized as follows: in the change of RHR, SBP, DBP has significant difference (p<0.05). Whereas in the change of coronary artery disease factor cause reduction of total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C. In the change of total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-C, LDL-C has significant difference (p<0.05). The results suggest that regular aerobic exercise during 8 weeks positively effects on body composition, RHR, blood pressure, blood cholesterols.
